CREAMY SAVORY SAUCE
¾- cups water
1/8- cup Bragg’s Amino Acids or tamari or soy sauce
2- Tbsp. nutritional yeast
¼- tsp. kelp powder
¼- tsp. salt
1- tsp. dried green herbs (like basil, oregano, or herbs de Provence or Italian herbs)
1/8- tsp. garlic powder
1- ½ tsp. lemon juice
8- oz. organic, sprouted, firm tofu
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy over tacos, pasta, potatoes, enchiladas, bean stew, chili or anywhere you would use a cream sauce or sour cream.
