Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
2 cups almond, rice or soy milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 chopped apple
2 scoops Garden of Life Raw Meal protein powder (or other protein powder)
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cardamom
1/8 tsp. coriander
8 ice cubes
Blend in a high speed blender for 49 seconds or until well combined.
Makes 2 servings.
