Holistic Health Coaches are widely trained in over a

hundred different dietary theories and modern coaching

styles. We focus on your whole life; food, work, exercise

habits, relationships with people and spirituality or

nature... and how all that affects your health.

The holistic approach pays its respects to the mysterious nature of

high quality, well-treated, nutrient dense food. There is a unique magic to

the way that nutrients work together when they are consumed in their

most unrefined source. The holistic model sees whole food as a sum that is greater than its parts.

A balanced, well-rounded lifestyle nourishes the body, mind and spirit. If we treat the body with love, kindness and care, the body can be encouraged to REPAIR ITSELF in its most optimal way!
