1 pound broccoli
1 pound cauliflower florets
Spray coconut or avocado oil
Salt to sprinkle
Rosemary, oregano, thyme, fresh or dried parsley, chipotle powder, curry powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, etc.
Preheat oven and spray the cookie sheet generously
Spread the florets on the cookie sheet.
Spray the broccoli and cauliflower generously with spray oil
Sprinkle salt and any additional herbs or spices if you like.
Touch and taste the oil and salt from a floret and if it is salty enough, your veggies will be salty enough. (That's what my Grandma always said.)
Bake for 35 to 55- minutes or until the florets are toasty brown.
Dip in Jalapeño cashew cream or eat them as is.
