1 cup softened dates (soak them in water for at least an hour, then drain)
1 Tbsp. millet
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 T. tahini
2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
2 Tbsp. almond slivers
2 Tbsp. cacao powder
1 Tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. flax meal
1 heaping Tbsp. goji berries
1 tsp. maca powder
1 tsp. chia seeds
1/4 tsp. spirulina
1/4 tsp. himalayan or sea salt
4 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. Himalayan or sea salt
Smash dates, peanut butter and tahini into a paste.
Add all other ball ingredients. Smash together with a fork until well combined.
In a seperate bowl, combine the 'Roll In' ingredients.
Roll the balls by hand into a the size of the diameter of a nickle.
Put into the Roll In powder and toss to coat.
Refrigerate or freeze until served. they will not harden.
To freeze, separate with wax paper.
