Sprouted grain bread

Tahini spread (spread on one side)

Arugula

Sauerkraut

Sprouts

Tomato

Sliced braised tofu

Vegenaise

Salt and pepper

 

TRY THESE FUN IDEAS

 

WRAPS

Whole grain sprouted bread like Ezekiel or Trader Joe's sprouted flourless whole wheat berry bread, or sprouted multi grain bread, whole wheat pita bread, red leaf lettuce wraps, steamed collard greens, Ezekiel tortillas, whole wheat lavash bread or put it all in a bowl and eat with a fork

 

NUT AND SEED SPREADS

Almond, sunflower, cashews, tahini, peanut butter

 

SAVORY SPREADS

Hummus, babaganoush, pesto, mustard, aioli, yuzu paste

 

FAT

Avocado, Vegenaise, olive oil, coconut oil

 

ZING

Pickles, kalamata olives, capers, sun dried tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, jalapeño tabasco, hot sauce

 

VEGGIES
