4- cups seedless watermelon

2- limes, peeled and de-seeded

12 – 14 ice cubes

1- cup fresh mint leaves or 1 tsp. dry mint leaves

dash of stevia if needed for sweet


Blend until smooth.  

This recipe makes about a quart and lasts up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
