1- cup raw almonds

4- cups filtered water

⅛- tsp. pink Himalayan salt or sea salt

1- Tbsp. maple syrup, raw honey or 2 soaked dates (optional)

½- tsp. alcohol free vanilla, (optional)


Soak the almonds over night in 2- cups water.  Rinse them.  Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for at least 1-minute.  Pour into a fine meshed nut bag or cheesecloth and squeeze the liquid into a pitcher or bowl.  Refrigerate! 

Lasts about 3 to 5- days.
