½- head green cabbage, shredded
¼- head red cabbage, shredded
1- large carrot, grated
2- cloves crushed garlic
1/8- cup olive oil
¼- cup raw un-pasteurized apple cider vinegar
1- tsp. salt
¼- tsp. black pepper
1- Tbsp. maple syrup, coconut sugar or other sweetener
2- heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise or Vegenaisetm
1- Tbsp. cumin
In a salad bowl, stir crushed garlic and salt together.
Mash them together with the back of a large spoon.
Toss shredded cabbages and carrot.
Pour vinegar salt and pepper, oil, sweetener and cumin,
directly over the cabbage.
Mix in mayonnaise or Vegenaise tm
just before serving.
