Avocado Toast

2- slices of organic, whole grain bread
¼- avocado, sliced thin
6- kalamata olives, sliced into 4 or 5 pieces
2- tsp. hemp seeds
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Optional: dash of chipotle or cayenne
Pepper, black pepper if you like a kick
 

Toast bread to desired level.
Spread and smash the avocado evenly onto each slice of open face toast.
Sprinkle 1- tsp. of hemp seeds evenly over each slice.
Place kalamata slices evenly, on each side
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and spice if desired.
 

Exciting optional ideas: 
 Add hard-boiled, scrambled, poached, sunny side up or an over-easy egg.
Add tomato, arugula, bacon, sautéed mushrooms or roasted peppers.
Try lox, capers, basil, Tabasco, sautéed
onions, spinach, smoked oysters, basil,
buffalo mozzarella, slivered almonds-, artichoke hearts, add your imagination….
